I found the on-site gym to be excellent with good quality equipment. the room was super clean and beautifully prepared. Everything felt thoughtful. the gym has several weight machines and cardio equipment. It was amazing!!!
The hotel does not have enough sun loungers near the pool. Guests reserve them early.

The room was spacious. It met my expectations.
The air conditioning did not work at all . I complained multiple times, but nothing improved. Waiting for a technician who never arrived wasted valuable vacation time. The customer service was just a joke.

Really good Stay with Calmness and Wellness

I found the hotel quite new and modern. The bedroom had a kitchenette and a large balcony overlooking the pool with the sun shining in the late afternoon. Staff members were always cute and helpful. The dining area had a large outdoor seating area too.
The air conditioning was not controllable from the room. That was unacceptable.

The hotel is near the beach. A gated access from the pool area leads to a tranquil pathway. The beach is only a short five minute walk away through lush tropical planting.

The hotel has a well-kept pool area. It includes nice large towels and waiter service if needed. I appreciated the Spa area for wellbeing. It offers yoga and pilates. Access to a gym is another great facility.

The food is healthy. It is served in immaculate indoor and outdoor seating areas. Lounge areas allow one to enjoy reading a book or having a glass of wine. The Head Chef is really good. All the team are very accommodating with menu requests.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival. Housekeeping was excellent. The restaurant staff was very friendly. They are also accommodating with menu requests. I appreciated the staff's attentiveness and positive attitude.

The rooms were modern and had good kitchen equipment. A lovely balcony provided a space. The breakfast buffet had a fresh selection with freshly made eggs and pancakes to order. The heated pool was a massive treat and wonderful for swimming.
